Almost hear that whistle blow for Friday!

It is Friday almost 4pm, so the weekend is almost here. And it can not come any quicker! Cody made it to the Dentist office only about 45 mins late. I called about 10 mins before his appointment, and his father had just picked him up from the USF Dorms. Now USF to the part of Dale Mabry that he needed to get to in 10 mins was a - hell freeze over possibility! He called the Doc's office, and they were very nice about it and still took him once he got there. I can not complain as his Dad actually showed up. He was done in no time at all, I was almost to work and he was already calling me to tell me he was done. Spoke to him after work and he sounded like he was in a little bit of pain. Called him just a bit ago, and he was talking really fast and loud - can we say good meds were kicking in? He claims no, but oh no! Sometimes I will make Cody repeat himself as I can not hear him between his low voice and mumbling. Not this time, he was clear and loud. He claims no pill since last night, only thing he took today was a antibiotic earlier. He is doing wonderful. And I have no worries about him following directions on the sheet he was given. Heck, if something in the fridge is close to the expire date he wont use it. And at the expire date will go in the trash! He clams he wants to try to eat at the dorm tonight, and he still has about 10.00 in flex dollars so I might go and have dinner with him to see where he eats.
