Ok I just wrote a long thing all about the night and the pictures and it did not post. So, I will keep this short and try to blog afterwads. UGH. Knew the first attempt would not work!
Ok it worked this time! So here is the scoop. These pictures are of my friend and co-worker Denise's house. She is a Christmas fan! She loves Santa's and Gingerbreadmen. Actually the Kitchen and the little nook stay as Gingerbreadmen all year long, only the really Christmas looking ones she will pack up. Since she worked so much overtime and was not able to get off work to decorate she only put half out and only 6 trees. Usually she will take 3 days off to decorate. She has 2 partys one for co-workers and then one for family. Only about half of who was supposed to show up did, but that is fine, she still had a good mix. She used to sit in the office with me in Customer Service so there was CS people there. But, now she works in Data processing so part of that department came. Most all of DP came from CS so we all know each other, only one did not come from CS. Elisa (in the red sweater) is the one that gave me Oscar. She was asking how her grandson was doing, and I was telling her and her husband how he no longer sleeps in the cage and I actually broke it down that morning (that was funny!) and someone said wait a min - you are talking about a dog I hope. Teddy the little boy in her lap is Berna's little boy. He was a trip! They were watching football, and his daddy said touchdown - Teddy threw his arms up in the air and then clapped and said yeah. It was so adorable! He was such a good baby all night until he finally gave up and went to sleep! We did teach him one bad thing! To make faces on a sliding glass door! But yes we cleaned it for Denise. After her party a couple of us went to Wal-Mart. The nice one down near where Hilltop holds their Birthday crop. It was not that busy, and the check out was actually fast and friendly. OK for 2am that is a shocker - wont get that at the one closest to my work! It was funny, I am there shopping and all of a sudden I hear "my banana pants" ringing (my cell phone) and it was Cody. Um, Grandma woke up and was wondering where you were. And yes, since she woke up when I got home at 2:30 she was up on the computer checking email and reading blogs - but playing solitaire when I drove up. Opened the door expected Cody on the computer and it was her! Too Funny!
OK, well lots to do and not doing. So I guess I better get hopping to it! Christmas is just around the corner and I am not done! Oh, gave Oscar a bath today, that was interesting! I will post those pictures later.
Make it a great day, what is left to the weekend!
