Team, it is with great pleasure that I announce our 2008 Award of Excellence winners. Their actions and efforts set a fine example of the commitment to service we all espouse. As a whole there is tremendous energy along these lines demonstrated by all of the employees in the Hillsborough region. This is what separates us from the competition and puts smiles on our customers faces. This made our selection all the more difficult as we had many candidates from which to choose. The winners will enjoy a 5 day trip to Tucson, AZ along with their spouse or significant other. Please join me in congratulating this years Award of excellence winners.

As an invaluable Tampa Bay Division team member, David is most worthy of this recognition.
Quality Assurance Specialist
Michelle takes her job as Quality Assurance Specialist/Billing Department seriously, providing assistance throughout the organization to assure accuracy. Her dedication and knowledge was critical to the success of the ACPV migration. She provides training and assistance to others, tapping into her 10 years of knowledge. Michelle is a valuable asset and deserving of this recognition.
Lead, Service Technician
Lead Service Technician, Paul provides stellar customer service to external and internal customers alike. Assigned tasks will be completed accurately and professionally. He is considered one of the most respected leads and through his leadership; his service tech group received the Award of Excellence four times in 2008. Paul exemplifies leadership and is worthy of this recognition.
