My arms feel like they weigh 100 pounds each

OMG!!! I feel like I could just fall out of the floor. Went to stand up to go to the bathroom and fell right back down in my chair. And the bad thing is, I am supposed to take more of this cough medicine in about 15 mins, I do not know if I should. They may hear snoring in a bit! I really should be at home in my bed sleeping this off!
