I always think the worst and hope for the best....

well once again that happened! I was panicked and made myself sick for no reason at all. I was so worried about the meeting today, since it was just my boss and the director. And thought bad things since it was off site! Well, get to the place we were going to eat and I see a BHN Bucket truck. Then Scott says oh look it is David Dozier which was my old boss from CS. Still not thinking anything...walk towards the door and then there is the main Human Resources person. Really confused at this point! Walk in and there are even more BHN co workers off to the side room. Now I am starting to think, ok not bad...but still what? At the last All Employee Metting the GM said they would do something special for the main people that assisted in the ACPV launch. So that is what I started to think the lunch was for, but some of the other key poeple was not there. When we went to go into the other room, I noticed trophies on the main table. Ended up...........I won Employee of the 3rd Quarter for Hillsborough Region! Kim (last scrapbook person I did) and I won for our region (they have started choosing 2). And better yet, my temp boss Scott got Manager of the Quarter. How cool is that. Now I have a 1 in 8 chance to win a trip to Puerto Rico! Air fare, hotel, food, activities, and 2 tours for a week! Fingers, toes, and everything else is crossed! Not only for me, but if I win... yes I would take Jennifer with me. I already have tons of people telling me to take them, but my first thought is Jennifer. She deserves a getaway more than I do!
