Today has flown bye

Wow it is 7:30pm already! And man am I glad it is 7:30! I was awaken at 4am by the lovely partying neighbors, which in reality it was 3am as my body did not know there was a time change yet. They had a party Friday night as well, well this one - they were still at it when I left for work at 7am this morning! Yes, I will be finding out what house number is there's and yes I will be finding out which police force I am to call - and YES I will start calling every night now, I have over had it! I wanted to keep the neighborly peace, but enough is frigging enough already! And especially after their lovely 5am conversation about what they liked to do to a woman and what they like to have done to them - drew the line!

Guess what I was okey'd for overtime for today. I am working 7:30am to 9:00pm. I get to take 8.5hrs of it as overtime. I will use 4 hours for this coming Wednesday, I think it is the QK club meeting at Ruban Rouge. I will look it up this time to verify and not go the wrong week. Price of gas is killing me! So, good news is that I am getting overtime finally! Bad news is that I have to work 13.5 hours in one day to get it. And of coarse today was not fun when we had 10 new people that seemed to have forgotten everything since Friday, including how to log into the phone. Seems like every time I have a Sunday, it is the Sunday of the new classes hitting the floor! Saying "Please do not reboot the boxes", and you get the deer in the head lights look and "What do you mean?" response. Ok lets break it down....If a customer calls in and says they are not getting channels above 99, please do not reboot the equipment for the customer or walk them thru it - if you do then they will now get no channels at all. HUM 2-99 vs nothing at all? And do not transfer to the technically department as they can not reboot the boxes either. So they 52 calls holding for tech support is null and void! And after the long wait, lets see what kind of a call will you have when they will tell the customer the same thing as you did? Not very nice can we say? On the bright side of this mess, the new GM came in for a little bit today. And most all the reps were doing what they were supposed to be. Only one TV was up loud, and I was telling her to turn it down as he walked up. WOW!
Ok I vented,I am a little better and it is now 8:26pm. The count down to leave is on!
