Blog slapped.....

I made a goal of updating my blog everyday - and I fell to the wayside of doing so. No excuses.

Oscar was such a good boy this morning! I think the 3 early morning wakings caught up with him too. He did not wake me up at 4, 5, 6, or even 7am! I had to wake him up to go potty. This morning some guys are supposed to be coming to finish up cutting back the hedges next door. And then doing the ones on our side too. Personally, I think they should not charge us to do our side since it came from the ones that they are cutting back. But if we want it done I guess we better let them. Bad thing is that it is the Bar neighbors. So the little buffer there was is now gone. The hedge is now fence level! Which means now not only will we be able to hear more, we will be able to see them too! Seems my Mom found the partner of the landlord over there yesterday. She informed them of the parties. Now if he does actually tell the landlord will be a different story? From what we understand he is the owner of one of the Restaurant/Bars that some of the guys work at. So, he is already aware that it is a bar tending group of guys there. Then also when he was there he could see the empty cases of beer.

The next two days we can wear jeans at work. Yeah! And they had an email that it was manadotory to have 1 hour of overtime today and tomorrow. They claim there is some box update that they will need coverage for. I am not on the floor so it may not pertain to me-but I will probably stay anyways. So I will get 2 more hours of overtime. I ended up with 7.5 on Sunday, and that is even after the 4 hours I will use tomorrow.

Well, need to get ready for work. Make sure you have a wonderful day!

Michele,
If the bush or tree is on their property, you are not responsible for the cost of cutting it, they are. I went through this with my neighbor about an oak tree. You don't have to let them on your land to cut anything either.

Kip's right! Even the county had to get our permission to come on our property to trim their bushes.
Hope you get all your overtime. They laugh at overtime payment for us school district people!
Have a good one!
