I know it is not as bad as others have things going on in their lives. But I would like to ask people to think - Grow Dylan Grow! He was to have grown 2 inches in 13 months, and he did not. So, he will be back in Tallahassee next week for more tests. These will be sent to California to specialists there. My poor guy is 5 with the bones of a 4 year old, which is better than it had been. The nose is that of a younger child too. His brother Gavin who just turned 3 is already as tall if not taller than Dylan. Already wearing the same clothes. I am hoping he will not have to end up having surgery. My poor guy, it gets him so upset at times. And to top it all off - he has poison ivy right now. He was so sad on the phone tonight when I was talking to him. But, I was able to cheer him up for a bit. At least when he handed back the phone to Jennifer, he was smiling. That is all that matters! Love my little boys! They are the best three little things that make me smile!I will leave you with a picture! A little older picture but one of my many favorites!

Hi,
I love reading your blog and jules and kips. I don't usually comment but I wanted to about your little guy. My youngest son did not grow very much as a child had the same thing smaller bones then age. He wore size 6t until 6th grade. smallest boy in middle school and high school. He was shorter then his girlfriend now his wife by on inch which made him 5ft. He went away to college and came in for thanksgiving and looked like he was going to a flood he had grown 3 inches this continued until he was 25 he is now 6 ft 3 inches tall and very handsome. They wanted to put him on hormones I refused and if they had he might have been 7 ft tall. So some of us are just late growers. Hope this helps a little with the worries. I have been there
