Good news........... is that my friend Alexis brought some stuff I made to her moms work and a person wanted to buy something from me. So I made something, and then I had her bring some other stuff in too to show what else could be some possibilities. Well, one thing that I made a long time ago was what they liked more. It was a lunch box thing that was decorated, and a small albumn that went in it. Well, the first item we were selling to them for $20.00 - the mom said for the other since it was 2 items it would be $40.00! They said, OK. So on Monday I will have $40.00. She is supposed to see about some other orders for me and let me know. This will help me out some. And I think a freiend at work is going to do some table somewhere, but not until later in the year. Hopefully I can make some things for that too!
Bad news..........is that she scrapbooks too. And has started making some for free for people at work in the call center. One girl today asked her to do one for her. And she asked me a few weeks ago, I told her to bring in the pictures and I will do it (not for free). Of coarse, free is better than paying for it - so I was brushed to the side. A little upset about that as that would be money for me. But, Alexis needs to practice on some. Of coarse I told her she needed to stop doing that, cause it is effecting me. Luckily I like her.

My theory is you get what you pay for, free isn't always the best, unless it's made with LOVE for someone special. I also think that when she gets swamped with "free" orders, she'll rethink "free" and you'll be back in business! Keep at it, You'll be okay!
