Sad night in news Tampa...

Just read on line and watched on the news that our local weatherman John Winters died of an apparent self inflected gun shot to the head. All I could think was WTF? When Cody went to Japan we saw a real quick blurb on the news that there was a Tsunami that hit off of the coast of Japan, we tried to find where it hit and how bad, but could not find it. My mother called the news station to see if we could get more information from them, she ended up talking to John himself. He was so nice and eased our minds of worry! First time Cody was away on a trip across the world none the less, and this happened on the news. I can not believe it, he did all kind of functions of volunteer work for the needy. Just so so sad! What ever trials and tribulations you must have had hidden from the public eye, I hope you are at peace now. I along with many will miss watching you give the weather and finding animals good homes.
