I came home from work went to the bathroom (I know TMI), and when I walked out of the bathroom - there was my niece Jennifer standing in the doorway! What a very extremely nice surprise! We had Jennifer, Josh, Gavin, Dylan, and Tyler from Friday night to Sunday morning. They are on the road now as I am typing this. Man is it always so great to see them, but so very extremely sad to leave them! Gavin came in walked around the house looking for Cody, and came back to the living room - put his hands up in the air and said - no Cody? He just adores Cody like crazy and Cody adores him. Saturday we went out to my sisters so Jenna could see her, afterwards went to Five Guys (can not get enough of their burgers) for lunch. Had Cheryl's daughter Jessica meet us there so we could see her too! Mike was at his dads, so again he missed out on seeing the boys. On the way to Five Guys I picked up Cody, Gavin was asleep so he did not see him. When we got to FG he got out of the car and ran around to Cody with the biggest smile and just jumped up for Cody to pick him up. It was the most sweetest thing ever! Poor Dylan and Tyler could bearly get in between Cody and Gavin. Quick trip to the mall, they had to go into The Disney Store since they do not have one in TyTY well Tifton for that matter, or anywhere close! Came home and Jenna asked if her and Josh could go "riding around" and I mind watching the boys. Uhm, of coarse not! But I knew that meant they were going to the movies, as we were talking about Smoking Aces earlier at lunch (Ryan Reynolds = hottie). I gave them directions to Muvieco. It is a little further then Veterans, but nicer, and I wanted them to experience a nice movie place, Veterans on Saturday night is mainly teens, and not quite or nice. When she got there she had to call, she was amazed! She even called her Mother-in-Law in Georgia she was that amazed. We watched Open Season and Nanny McPhee. Funny cute movies! They left this morning, but of coarse on the way out of town they had to stop at Dunkin Donuts again (had them Saturday morning), they do not have one anywhere near them. Josh said he saw one once in Macon but was not able to stop, and now he can not find it anywhere! They are talking about coming back hopefully for the Strawberry Festival, and I hope they can. (Sidebar-oh man what great people they are having this year - Martina McBride and Montgomery Gentry - WOW!)
Well, it is Superbowl Sunday, and I have to heave for work in about 1 1/2 hour! I was to work only to 8 or 9 pm. Yesterday morning the Manager for this weekend called and asked me to stay until close. Close means about 11:30pm! I should get home about midnight, and I can never wind down once I get home. So I am looking at best about 2ish? Bearly slept the last two days, so I am gonna be in for it tomorrow! I need to set my DVR for Criminal Minds, love that show. Will DVR it just in case I can not watch it at work. There is a tv at the desk where I have to sit tonight. Wish me luck that there are no issues! I should call and see how it is going. But I am afraid too! UGH Damned if you do, damned if you don't! LOL
I will fill you in on my evening maybe while I am at work or tomorrow. Fingers crossed!
