I had a really really bad day at work yesterday, and I just wanted to scream! Came home from work tried to relax for a few moments - but of coarse Oscar says "love on me mommy" and when you have a big dog trying to be a Taco size dog it is hard to refuse.
After trying to relax for a little bit Cody and I went to see the new James Bond movie "Casino Royale". It was really good to both of us. The critics are bashing it because of Daniel Craig being blonde. Well, he was so much better of a Bond than Timothy Dalton and Pierce Bronson by far! And best body by far too! WOW nice body! Oh and did I tell you, he had a nice body? I am still kind of shock it did not get number one at the movies this weekend, but with the price of the movies I can believe it. Happy Feet won out again, children's tickets are expensive these days!
Cody and I were both very hungry after the movies, so we went to this new hamburger place near USF called Five Guys (they are opening up all over the place here in Tampa). It was so yummy! I am not sure if it was just that we were so hungry or it was just that good. Will have to go back when we are not as hungry to tell. They have all these toppings for hamburgers that are free - including jalapenos! Oh coarse you have to pay for the cheese and bacon extra but the funky build a topping idea is cool! I still want to try El Cap over in St Pete (still gonna meet ya there one of these times Kipster). I just love a good burger!
Thanksgiving weekend is over, Cody went back to the dorm last night, while we were eating one of his friends even called asking him where he was. He replied "spending time with my mom, you can just wait" how sweet was that! Even after being home since Wednesday, I worked Thursday and Friday, was gone all day Saturday, worked some of Sunday - so I pretty much ditched him - and he told his friend he could wait. Made me feel bad that I was gone so much over the time he was home (but that moment past cause I had fun sat - the work could have been prevented lol). But he did get to spend time with my mom and Oscar, cause they really really really missed him. Do not get me wrong, I do too - but I get out of the house and they do not.
OK, way long enough - need to go get ready for work. Will not be fun, as it will be a backlash over yesterday. Oh crap, and the new Customer Service director starts today. No one has met her yet, lets see what happens. Fingers crossed she is at least half as nice as the last one we had.

I'm glad you had a good time with your son and that was very cool of him to say that he was hanging out with you. I have eaten at Five Guys in Jax and it is definately yummy! But yes, you need to come over here to El Cap and try theirs. I hope your day was better and I'll see you soon.
Sorry to hear you had a crummy day at work on Sunday, hope the last 2 days have been better.
I know what you mean about feeling guilty about the time not spent together, been there many times too.
